THE HISTOPATHOLOGY PLATFORM provides routine processing, embedding, sectioning and staining of paraffin and frozen tissues.
Standard H&E staining is offered as well as a wide range of special stains: Masson Trichrome, PAS, Jone's Silver, Gram, Alcian Blue, Toluidine Blue, Van Gieson, Giemsa and other upon request.
Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence services are also offered.
Platform equipment can be booked for unassisted use following mandatory training. These equipment include: microtome, cryostat, microscope and Laser capture microdissection.
Training is provided for an hourly fee.
